Without a full marketing team, what's needed to get started?
Start by organizing brand, service, or product information, existing materials, and accounts that need to be connected. AI uses this information to help prepare content and replies; the business owner is mainly responsible for confirming information, reviewing content, and handling needs that require professional judgment.
Can operations and sales staff use it together?
Yes. Members of the same brand collaborate according to role and plan seats: operations staff manage content and task assignment, while sales staff view the leads, requests, and follow-up records they're responsible for. Data visibility is scoped by role permissions.
For daily use via LINE, when is the web dashboard needed?
Day to day, you can receive alerts, review content, take over inquiries, and update follow-ups via LINE. The web dashboard is useful for organizing leads, viewing full conversations, and checking performance reports; use both as needed for your work.
We already have a website and social accounts—do we need to reapply?
Existing assets can be reused; the website, LINE official account, and Facebook/Instagram can be connected as needed. The business must have the corresponding management or authorization access; Linker One does not require all clients to reapply for websites or social accounts.
Content and Daily Work
How does AI ensure replies and content match the brand?
AI uses brand information and provided website details as a basis to help prepare articles, posts, and customer replies. Brand information should be updated when it changes; information involving pricing, specifications, or professional judgment should still be confirmed by the business.
What tasks require my confirmation?
Articles and social content need to go through review and approval; if the website system is included, brand materials, design direction, content, and launch items also need confirmation. Customer inquiries requiring further judgment are handled by the team. Pending confirmation tasks are consolidated and flagged based on product workflow.
Data and Service
Who owns the domain and accumulated data?
The domain is registered under the client's name, including when registration is handled on the client's behalf. Leads, articles, images, and conversation records can be self-exported per service rules; the website system is rented, so the system's program code and full execution environment are not included in data export.
What happens to the website and data after canceling the subscription or ending the rental?
After ending the website system rental, the rented website goes offline; the domain remains with the client. For clients using their own website, website maintenance is unaffected by the termination of the rented system, but subscription features provided by Linker One will stop according to the service period. Data should be exported per applicable rules; retention and deletion follow the formal terms in effect at termination.
Does Linker One guarantee search rankings or sales numbers?
Linker One provides content, messaging, lead, and performance management capabilities to support ongoing execution and tracking. Search rankings, AI brand mentions, inquiries, and sales are still affected by factors such as the market, content, product, and follow-up, and specific rankings or results are not guaranteed.
Website Features
What integration requirements must an existing website meet?
The website needs to support adding a chat widget or other required integration methods; search data also needs corresponding authorization completed. If the website is maintained by a third party, check in advance whether the relevant settings are supported. The existing website's hosting, code, and other features remain the responsibility of the original maintainer.
With your own website, are AI articles published directly?
For businesses using their own website, Linker One provides confirmed article drafts for the business to publish following its existing website process. Social posts are approved and published per the product workflow after platform authorization is completed. Publishing methods vary by website and are not summarized under a single automatic-posting guarantee.
What's included in the website system rental?
The Standard plan includes Traditional Chinese and English, with 8 content pages; the International plan includes five languages, with 12 content pages. The website system also includes site setup, hosting, backup, security, and the design update capability within the plan, billed separately from the Linker One subscription.
How long until the website goes live?
Progress depends on brand assets, design and content confirmation, and preparation items such as the domain. Each stage proceeds as agreed, and current progress and pending confirmations can be viewed in the dashboard; full completion is not guaranteed by a fixed number of days.
What's the difference between the annual refresh and a full site structure and design overhaul?
The annual refresh builds on existing content, with AI providing new design directions to choose from, as part of the website system's annual update. If the site structure needs adjustment, it is handled as a full site structure and design overhaul or scope change request, with cost and content confirmed before execution.
