The Basic subscription is NT$2,980/month or NT$29,800/year, and the Advanced subscription is NT$4,980/month or NT$49,800/year. Annual billing pays the full year's fee in one payment; the website system is billed annually and is not switched to a monthly fee even if you choose monthly billing for the subscription.
One Linker One subscription corresponds to one brand; different brands require separate subscriptions. Operations and management members for the same brand can collaborate based on plan seats and permissions—Basic includes 3 seats, Advanced includes 5 seats. Sales members are unlimited and do not use up these seats.
The subscription includes the content, messaging, leads, and performance features provided under your plan; the website system is billed separately as an annual fee. If you already have a website, you can keep using it—there's no need to rent a separate website system for Linker One.
AI articles are calculated on an annual quota—Basic includes 6 articles per year, Advanced includes 10 per year; social posts and AI chats are calculated on a monthly quota. Usage is counted once a post is successfully published; an AI chat is counted as one complete conversation with a visitor—multiple back-and-forth exchanges do not count as multiple conversations, and conversations handled by a human do not count against the AI chat quota.
WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, and website chat share the same plan's AI chat quota, so you don't need to subscribe separately for each channel. Each channel requires its own account authorization or website integration before it can be enabled.
Lead capacity is the number of leads you can retain; the AI chat quota is the amount of conversation usage available each month. The Basic plan includes a capacity of 100 leads, and Advanced includes 200; leads accumulate over time, so you can purchase additional capacity if you need more.
You can purchase additional AI chat volume, lead capacity, or website content pages as needed. Website content pages cost NT$10,000 per 5 pages as a one-time fee and do not change the website system's annual fee; pricing, billing cycles, and validity periods for other add-ons will be shown before purchase.
Monthly subscriptions are charged on an ongoing monthly basis; if you no longer wish to use the service, you'll need to cancel or adjust your plan. Annual subscriptions and the website system's annual fee are set to auto-renew by default, and you can adjust the auto-renewal setting on the plan page. Turning off auto-renewal and canceling a subscription take effect differently, and relevant details will be shown before you proceed.
The website system's term is calculated from the date payment is completed, and the setup process is also part of the rental period. The time it takes for the business to confirm details and provide materials will affect setup progress; where delays are attributable to us as agreed, the website system's expiration date will be extended accordingly.
NT$ prices shown on the Taiwan site are all tax-inclusive. Subscriptions, the website system, and add-ons are each listed according to their own billing method; you can confirm the amount and cycle before purchase, and fill in invoice information as part of the checkout process.
