1. Service Provider

Linker (the "Service") is an AI marketing product and service brand offered by Digit Spark CO., LTD. (Business Registration No.: 89125475, the "Company"). The Company provides all of its products and services through a single MyLinker account system.

2. Account Registration & Scope of Consent

Using the Service requires a MyLinker account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) or be a duly established business entity. By completing registration, you are deemed to have read and agreed to every term and policy on this page (including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Payment & Billing Information). These terms apply uniformly to every Linker product and service you use, with no need for separate consent per product.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Creating or engaging in content or activity that violates the laws of Taiwan or infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights);
• Producing or publishing false, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or other content that violates the policies of platforms such as Meta or LINE;
• Using automated means to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

You are solely responsible for any liability arising from your violation of the above rules, and the Company may suspend or terminate your account depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the materials and data you upload to the Service; you grant the Company the right to process that data to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Content you generate through the Service is yours to use freely, provided it complies with these Terms and any applicable platform policies. The Service's software, interface, trademarks, and related assets remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, or LINE) and payment processors. When using such features, you are also bound by the respective terms of those third parties.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you should review it yourself before publishing or running it live. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Amendments & Governing Law

The Company may revise these Terms in response to legal requirements or service updates, and will post updates on this page; material changes will be communicated separately. These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide directly: registration and contact details (name, company, email, phone), inquiry content, and payment-related information.
• Information generated through use of the Service: uploaded materials and brand data, generation and publishing history, and plan/usage details.
• Automatically collected information: device and browser data, IP address, cookies, and usage behavior (see our Cookie Policy for details).

2. Purpose & Use of Collection

We use your personal data for the following purposes: providing and operating the Service, account and payment management, customer support and inquiry responses, service quality analysis and improvement, and marketing communications you've agreed to receive. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who We Share Data With

We only share your data when necessary, with: processors who help us deliver the Service (such as cloud providers or payment processor TapPay), platforms you've authorized us to connect with, or authorities as required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. After account termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Your Rights

Cookie Policy

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may prevent some features from working properly. If this website provides a cookie preference tool, you can also adjust your consent settings there.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Services & Cooling-Off Period

Linker qualifies as "digital content not delivered via a tangible medium" or an "online service that is complete upon delivery" under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. Under Article 19 of that Act and related regulations, such services are reasonably exempt from the standard seven-day cooling-off period. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this.

2. Subscription Fees

• Monthly plans: once a charge is processed and the plan activated, that period's fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period, and won't be charged again afterward.
• Annual plans: if requested within 7 days of the charge and before any substantial use of that period's service (no generation, publishing, or ad activity yet), a full refund is available. After that window, or once usage has begun, a prorated refund for the remaining full months may be issued — the annual discount you received will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate.

3. Add-on Credit Packs

Add-on credit packs are treated as consumed digital goods once purchased and credited to your account, and are non-refundable except in cases of system error or duplicate charges. Unused add-on credits remain valid for 12 months and do not reset monthly.

4. Exceptions

If a confirmed major system error, duplicate charge, or failure to deliver the Service occurs on our end, we will issue a full refund for the affected amount.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please email [email protected] or call our customer service line at +886-2-2521-8885, providing your account email and transaction details. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method; processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your payment processor and card issuer.

Payment & Billing Information

1. Transaction Security

All credit card transactions are encrypted and processed through TapPay's systems, which are certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest tier of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Your full card details are encrypted and handled directly by TapPay in accordance with these standards; the Company never accesses or stores your complete card number.

2. Payment Methods & Billing

We currently support online payment by credit card. Subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen monthly or annual billing cycle, and your plan and charge amount will be displayed in your account before each renewal. You can manage your payment method and subscription status anytime in MyLinker.

3. Currency & Tax

All prices shown on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) and are tax-inclusive.

4. Invoices

The Company issues electronic invoices as required by law; you can enter your invoice title and Business Registration No. in your MyLinker account.
