What are "credits"? What happens when I run out?
Credits are Linker Creator's billing unit. Generating text or images deducts credits based on the type of action (image generation costs more credits than text, for example), and you can check your actual usage in the workspace anytime. Plan credits reset monthly and unused credits don't carry over. If you run low in a given month, you can purchase a top-up pack. Full plan and top-up details will be announced when Linker officially launches.
I can already generate text and images with ChatGPT or Midjourney—why do I need Creator?
General-purpose AI tools are great on their own—the difference is what happens before you generate anything. Can I use the generated content directly for ads?
Yes. Inspiration Canvas produces ad visuals by setting the tone first, then drafting—so once you've picked your favorite version, you can bring it straight into your ad campaign list to continue setup, no need to export files and upload them manually. If you'd like a professional team to help run and optimize your ads, you can pair it with the Linker Ad Management Service.
Will the AI-generated content really sound and look like my brand?
Yes. Generation is based on the tone, wording, guidelines, and assets you set up in your brand workspace—not generic templates. The more complete your brand data, the closer the results match your brand. And since this data keeps building over time, it gets more accurate the longer you use it.
Can I use just Linker Creator without the other Linker products?
Yes. Every Linker product can be subscribed to independently—if all you need is asset management and content generation, Linker Creator on its own works fine. Once integration with Linker Post is available, Creator's assets and brand data will also be usable directly for social publishing (this is planned for the future).
Can my team or freelancers use it together?
Yes. Different plans support different numbers of members and brand workspaces, and all members share the same brand data—so there's no need to re-explain anything. Agencies and teams managing multiple brands can also choose a suitable plan, with each brand's tone and assets kept completely separate. Who owns the assets and brand data I upload? Is it secure?
Your brand data and assets are entirely yours. They're only used for content generation within your own workspace, never for any other purpose or shared with other users. You can export or delete your data anytime.
What happens when my trial or paid plan expires?
When your trial ends or your paid plan expires without renewal, generation features are paused—but your brand data, asset library, and generation history are all preserved. Once you choose a plan, you can pick up right where you left off; nothing you've built up gets lost.
