Yes. Just fill out a brand questionnaire once (covering tone, style, wording guidelines, and banned words), and every caption generated afterward will follow those settings. If something's not quite right, ask the AI to revise it directly in the WhatsApp or LINE chat—keep refining until you're happy, then publish. Revisions in chat don't use up any extra credits.

Once you approve a caption, it can be published automatically to Facebook and Instagram, and synced to your website. AI can also expand the same content into a long-form website article and email it straight to your inbox. The Free trial, Standard, and Flagship plans also support one-click FB+IG dual-platform optimization (uses 2 credits per post). You'll need to authorize a Facebook/Instagram account with admin permissions before publishing.

Each member joins the workspace with their own Linker account, and permissions are assigned by role. Starting with the Standard plan, you can turn on approval workflows (assigned approvers, rejections, and SLA overdue reminders) plus a workspace activity feed, so locations can post independently without losing brand consistency. The Flagship plan offers 3 brand workspaces and 15 members, ideal for chains and multi-brand teams. Uploaded photos are only sent to the AI at the moment of generation and aren't stored permanently. The resulting text content, however, is kept in your workspace for easy record-keeping, review, and future reuse.

Each complete cycle of "upload photo → generate caption → publish" counts as 1 credit; revising a caption in chat doesn't use any extra credits. One-click FB+IG dual-platform optimization uses 2 credits. Monthly credits per plan are: 20 for the Free trial, 60 for Starter, 200 for Standard, and 600 for Flagship—resetting monthly, with no rollover for unused credits. If you run out, you can purchase add-on credit packs (20 posts for NT$150, 60 for NT$400, 200 for NT$1,200), valid for 12 months. Plan credits are used first, and add-on credits are only deducted once your plan credits run out.
